Think before you speak!

You must really think about what you want to acheive from a spell because there is no room for mistakes. Magick is a powerful thing. If you want to heal someone, make sure you know what you want to heal them of.Spells should be written in rhyme and thought about carefully every time. Do not rush into a spell without thinking about all the consequences or you could find yourself in a bit of a mess.Learn from mistakes and dont make them more than once.

Spells to try!

 

Healing spell

You will need:

1)    picture of the person who needs healing

2)    Healing oil (optional)

Create your circle; call the Elements and the Goddess and God.

Take the picture of the person who is to be healed and hold it up to the Goddess and the God – “I name this (persons name), by Air and Fire, Water and Earth, and before the Lord and Lady I ask that she/he be healed of (problem – make sure you are specific because you Will get what you ask for nothing more, nothing less) Blessed Be. While doing this, anoint the picture with two dabs of Healing oil.

Visualise the named person standing before the Goddess and the God. See the natural healing process taking place. Driven and enhanced by the power of the Lord and Lady until you can clearly see the person whole and well again.

Thank the elements and Lord and Lady for attending and witnessing your rites. Close your circle, keeping the picture somewhere safe.

 

Creating a talisman (for protection, or whatever you wish)

Need:

 An object of your choice, something small enough to carry with you at all times.

Sprigs of Rosemary, this is a very powerful protection herb, if you want the talisman for something else, use one that corresponds to its purpose.

Square of plain cloth

Small drawstring bag to put everything in

Run your chosen object under cold water for 5 minutes while visualising all impurities going down the drain.

Place item on your altar and call the Elements and Lord and Lady.

Wrap the chosen object in the square of cloth and holding it by the corners hold it up to the Lord and Lady – “I ask the Lord and Lady t o empower this (object) and herbs, that it may guard and protect me wherever I go and whatever I do. Blessed Be.

Place the contents straight into the drawstring bag and put to one side. If made for someone else, wrap back up in the square of cloth and ensure it is given straight to its new owner.

Thank the Elements and Lord and Lady for attending the rites.

 

To banish personal negativity

Need:

Water

Salt

Bowl

In the circle call the Elements and Lord and Lady. Consecrate the water by dipping your finger or Athame blade into it and say: “I bless and consecrate this water to drive out all impurities and make it pure and fit for these rites. Blessed be.”

Bless the Salt, sprinkle some on your altar cloth and with your finger or Athame say – “I bless this salt and make it fit for these my rites. Blessed Be. (You don’t need to consecrate it because it is already considered a pure substance.)

Now add some of the salt to the water and hold the bowl up to the Goddess and God, Visualise them being present and say – “I ask the Lord and Lady (or your chosen God and Goddess) to let this be the receiver of all my negativity so that I may cleanse myself and become whole again. Blessed Be.

Dip fingers and thumbs of both hands into the bowl and visualise all negative thoughts and feelings moving through your body, down your arms and out through your fingers into the bowl. When you feel that this is complete, hold the bowl up to the Goddess and God and say – “I ask the Lord and Lady to take this negativity and through their power and the power of the elements, to keep me safe in their hands. Blessed Be.

Thank the Elements and Lord and Lady for attending and close down your circle. Tip the contaminated water down the drain.
